Managed by the City of Vincennes, the park offers hand
carry access (150+ yards) to the steps at the river.
The park (open 9am-5pm) also has a paved parking lot
that closes at 5pm, benches, trash cans, the monument,
and a Visitor Center. Near the Visitor Center are picnic
tables and a drinking fountain, and restrooms can be found
inside.
From the river, this access site (marked by a set of
steps) is on the left bank downstream of the SR 441/Business
50 bridge.
