S. Water St. & Elm St. (NW side of SR 163 bridge)

Managed by the Town of Clinton, this access site has
an ADA accessible paved boat ramp.
This access site also has a floating dock, picnic areas,
a covered pavilion, water (pump), a large parking lot,
and access to the town for food and supplies.
The Clinton DNR river landing access IS within walking distance of 2 gas stations. Citgo is, streetwise, 2 1/2 blocks south on Main St. across from the river bridge (shorter cutting through parking lots and alleyways). Sharps Marathon is on the corner of 4th and Elm Sts.(IN 163), 3 blocks distance.
From the river, this access site is on the right bank
just downstream of a railroad bridge and just upstream
of the SR 163 bridge.
A note was sent from site visitor Chad: during the four-day Labor Day weekend, ample electric service for camping on site is available through LIFT, Inc., sponsor of that weekend's Italian festival, for a paultry $10 a day.
